竞赛过程中，选手可以随时使用PC^2提交程序，评委在评委机器上运行选手
的程序后做出适当适当的评判，并将评判的结果通过PC^2返回给选手。
评判的结果包括正确（Yes!）、错误（No - 相应的错误类型）。
1. 除了"Yes!"之外共有四种错误信息，分别是：
Time limit exceeded
（超时，事先选手并不知道每道题的具体时限）
Run-time error
（运行出错，程序异常退出或者导致评委机器蓝屏、死机等）
Wrong answer（答案错）
Format error（格式错）
2. 每个错误都会在题目AC之后得到20分钟的Penalty
(解题数相同的情况下，Penalty高的排名靠后)；
3. 对于同一道题目来说，第一次AC之后错误不计入Penalty；
未AC的题目不计算Penalty；
4. 提交可执行文件，故没有编译错这种类型；
5. 选手看不到其他队伍的错误信息；
6. 一次评委只返回一种错误（或正确）信息；
7. 运行错有可能不被评委所使用的系统检测到，这时会发现选手的程序没有
生成结果文件，可能会返回答案错（因为没有答案）；
8. 当答案错和格式错同时出现时，评委一般会先返回答案错，但并不保证，
因为可能结果文件非常的庞大而选手的答案只有非常微小的错误。

If a submission is not correct it will be returned with the first
applicable error message from the following list. A 20-minute time
penalty will be assessed for each incorrect submission. The error
messages are described below.
Time limit exceeded
Run-time error
Wrong answer
Format error
1. Time limit exceeded.
The program ran (without crashing) for more than some certain time
limit. It may or may not have produced any output. This error may
indicate that the program simply runs too slowly, but it usually
means that it got stuck in an infinite loop.
2. Run-time Error.
The program crashed when run.
Examples of run-time errors include (but are not limited to):
stack overflows
I/O errors
heap overflows
invalid memory references (e.g., dereferencing a null pointer)
bizarre behavior (garbage on screen, beeping, keyboard lockup, ...).
3. Wrong Answer.
The program ran to completion within the time limit but produced one
or more incorrect answers. e.g., a program that produces unsorted
output when the problem calls for sorted output will receive this
error. Specially, a program that produces no output file will also
receive this error.
4. Format error.
The program ran to completion within the time limit, APPARENTLY
produced correct answers, but formatted the output incorrectly in one
or more cases.
Examples of incorrect formatting include (but are not limited to):
misspelled words
wrong case (e.g., uppercase instead of lowercase)
too few or too many spaces
wrong number of significant digits in numeric output
extra blank lines.
Note: Receiving a Format error guarantees that there are one or more
formatting errors, and indicates that the judges did not see any wrong
answers based on a brief visual inspection. However, it is not a
GUARANTEE that the program produced no incorrect answers.
