在1956年，指挥家兼嗓音训练专家Gerhard Schmidt-Gaden 在Bad Tǒlz创建了合唱团
Tǒlzer Knabenchor。今天，Gerhard Schmidt-Gaden在慕尼黑自己的工作室和六个其他
唱诗班里的合唱指挥和声乐训练教师一起，执教超过150个小男孩（四个唱诗班），
男孩们来自慕尼黑和巴伐利亚的上部地区。每一个唱诗班成员彻头彻尾的音乐教育都来自
于他们自愿的自发性训练，伴随着创造力、自发性和歌唱的乐趣，这些被认为跟高超
的技巧同等重要。此外，他们的训练还包括个人的和全体的课程。长此以往，他们就有可
能掌握熟练的技巧了。许多男孩在成年后都能在国际级的歌剧院里或者音乐会上担任独唱
